I'm Brooke, and ​I created Footwork Fitness with the belief that dance is for EVERYONE - regardless of age, experience, or background.

I'm here to help you discover the freedom of movement through shuffle and footwork-based dance, and to create a supportive , judgment-free, and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. ​​

I offer Adult Beginner Shuffle Classes in St Petersburg, FL as well as semi-private lessons both in person and online.
